Express Next Day : Express Next Day Service is only available to UK Mainland locations, next day is on orders recieved before 1pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed by 12pm weekdays (Monday-Thursday) will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed by 12pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or on Bank Holidays will be delivered on the following Tuesday, (Wednesday when Monday is a Bank Holiday)
Note: Please allow an extra day two days for standard deliveries to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and more remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands & Islands.
Should you require additional information regarding delivery for a product already ordered, please use the CONTACT option to send us a message. Once completed, should you require further help please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to give you the support you need.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors outside our control may delay delivery of a parcel, such as bad weather or postal disputes. In such circumstances we do ask for your patience and we will make every effort to keep you informed of progress with regular website updates.
We are unable to deliver packages to PO boxes.
Delivery costs £10.00 per order. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from the date of dispatch.
* Please note that delivery times are dependant on the stock availability of your item. Dispatch times will be shown clearly on each product page and at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.

Shipping – Online Customers
We ship to worldwide destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery rates for you based on your selected delivery method.
Your product should reach your address in good condition but in the event of damage or breakage it may be necessary to arrange a replacement.
If you need to contact us to arrange a replacement please email email@example.com or call our customer services line on +44 (0) 208 9770222 (Mon – Fri 10:00am – 4:00pm). Replacements can only be made within 7 days of receipt of good ( Note we have a answer phone service if not available)
If a refund is necessary, it will only be issued to the purchaser’s card – i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned to Amulette Ltd, Address : Amulette LTD, 33 Park Road, Teddington, TW11 0AB In all instances we will notify the purchaser that a refund is being made.
